Review of Bare Naked Hormones Course

A lifetime of health struggles led me to a path of radical health changes to begin my journey of healing. Shortly into my journey, I found SimplHolistic on Instagram and everything she was saying intuitively made sense to me. I was excited to have some inspiration on my health journey, but when I decided to bite the bullet and buy her Bare Naked Hormones Course I was worried I would be let down.

But Was I...

No way!!!

This course was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise overwhelming world of health information. It reaffirmed my intuition and gave me more to work towards in my healing journey.

What is the Bare Naked Hormones Course

Bare Naked Hormones is a course by SimplHolistic and the wonderfully authentic Ashlee who breaks down complicated health topics so they are easy to understand AND implement. The course is self paced with video lessons, worksheets, and a private Facebook community. Also, any updates Ashlee makes to the course in the future you have access to meaning you have continued support in your health journey. Then, to sweeten the deal you have lifetime access to this course meaning you can reference back as many times as you need!

The focus of the course is dealing with hormone imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, metabolism, and ultimately simplifying health and healing for women. So, if you are a woman with hormones… AKA a woman, this course is for you!

My Experience in Bare Naked Hormones

I’m almost 3/4 of the way done with the course and I feel like BNH has been a catalyst for implementing lifestyle changes that affect my health. I feel more confident in health topics, can advocate so much better for myself, and I’ve taken my health back into my own hands. Ashlee gives you practical steps to start working on your health immediately, but most surprising to me was that I could work with things I already had. Her sense of humor and candid responses feel like you are actually meeting with her one on one.

I believe SimplHolistic’s course is worth the investment especially for women new to the holistic health world or ones who have been struggling to muddle through the chaos of it.

The Cons

Bare Naked Hormones is an investment… but not like you are thinking. The money is worth it, you will not find many affordable and quality approaches to women’s health, especially one that is a login away from your constant access for life… Seriously imagine a bill for something like that from a traditional Dr.’s office! The real investment comes in taking the time to IMPLEMENT what she teaches. BNH will not work for you if you don’t watch the videos and do the work she tells you to do! The truth is, you need to be in a place in your healing journey where you are willing to put in the money, time, energy, and effort to see these real results that are waiting for you!

I know I was a little sneaky in this section, because honestly I don’t see this as a con. However, in all fairness you may and that just means more needs to happen behind the scenes before you are ready for a course like this. My hope is that Aesthetic Arrow can be a resource to help you grow to reach this point in your journey or to be an encouragement as you are in the middle of this part of your journey.
